For grown-ups: The game starts with just 6 letters (s, a, t, p, i, n β the standard
phonics starting set) and quietly adds more as your child clears rounds, remembering which letters
they find tricky. Vowels are printed in red, like in phonics classrooms. "Listen" mode hides the
letter so your child must recognize it from its name alone; "Sounds" mode asks by letter sound β
real phonics practice. Between miles there are bonus rounds: spelling real words, or fixing a word
with its missing vowel. Confetti Bombs are earned by doing well and knock the whole horde back, but
never answer the question. Zombies gain ground on a steady clock and only correct answers push
them back β wrong answers cost the streak, never the gap. Nobody gets hurt: zombies take a
cartoon tumble and turn into flowers.
π± On a phone? Turn it sideways β and flip the ringer switch ON, or you won't hear the letters!

π VOICE SPEED
Slow stretches the letters and sounds extra β
good while your child is first learning them. Voice quality depends on the browser; Microsoft Edge
has the most natural voices, then Chrome.
